Fulfillment Policy – CC Fastpay

At CC Fastpay, we’re dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality digital services through a smooth and transparent fulfillment process. Please review our policies below regarding service delivery, cancellations, and refunds.


Refund Policy

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of service delivery, provided that no significant work has been completed. For ongoing or custom projects—such as website development, system integrations, or setup services—once work has commenced (including milestone approvals or acceptance of digital deliverables), a partial refund of up to 75% of the total project fee may be granted.

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully delivered and approved. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work at each milestone to ensure satisfaction and accuracy.


Service Delivery

Digital services and deliverables are typically fulfilled within the timeframe agreed upon during project onboarding. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the project scope and the client’s responsiveness in providing feedback, assets, or approvals.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, CC Fastpay cannot guarantee exact delivery dates in cases of unexpected delays beyond our control. Clients will be kept updated throughout the project lifecycle.


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order or project before work begins or prior to the approval of any digital proofs. Once development or fulfillment has started, cancellations may be subject to partial refunds based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
